Happy Independence Day!

Happy Independence Day from our firm to you! With all the COVID-19 craziness we’ve experienced as a country and around the world this year, we know it probably feels more somber than festive, especially since most Independence Day fireworks (but not all) have been canceled in Connecticut. Whether or not you see fireworks this year, we hope you will stop to remember all the good things in your life as we celebrate America’s birthday.  Enjoy a backyard BBQ or some relaxing downtime? No matter how you commemorate the occasion, we hope you’ll reflect upon independence as a personal decision.

It is every individual’s right to be free, make their own choices, pursue their own happiness, and live their lives as they see fit. On a personal level, independence and freedom must be upheld in every way to live a fulfilling, purposeful, and happy life.

If you are in an unhappy marriage or constrained by an agreement that no longer serves you, we want you to know you can declare your independence. A better life awaits you and we are here to guide you on that mission.

In the spirit of our forefathers, we believe in finding freedom for our clients by following a strategic plan. How do we do it? First, we help you align with your vision of what freedom looks and feels like for you – because we are all unique individuals with our own desires and goals. In our experience, one client’s definition of independence can differ dramatically from another’s. We never judge; we just listen, then partner with you on your journey.

Where does your path to independence begin?

With Freed Marcroft, it’s in a Goals & Planning Conference.  Here we sit down with you, ask questions, and listen. This meeting sets the foundation for every matter we work on to ensure that we are delivering for you – guiding you into a brighter and happier future of your own design. Our job is to help you get clear on what YOU want, then we work together as a team to create and execute a plan for its fulfillment. Of course, this means we ask you to take the time to think things through, down to the minute details, so that you can touch, feel, taste, and smell your new life in your mind’s eye; to manifest it into a beautiful reality.

If we don’t sound like a “typical” family law firm, that’s because we’re not. Sure, we handle every legality of your case with the care, precision, and knowledge that comes from years of education and experience, but we don’t want you to focus solely on your legal problem. We begin with your “WHY” and help you hold that perfect vision throughout the entire process. In other words, we don’t simply “get people divorced”, “win more custody” or obtain “greater financial support” – we deliver every client’s happiness, freedom, peace-of-mind, love, joy, and independence as they step into the big, powerful life they have envisioned for themselves.
