Kristen Marcroft and Meghan Freed to Participate in Connecticut Bar Association Panel “Recent Developments in Marriage Equality and Some Practical Implications for Practitioners”

Kristen Marcroft will be a panelist and Meghan Freed will moderate a panel the Connecticut Bar Association LGBT Section is presenting with support from the Young Lawyers Section on February 5, 2015.

Attendees of “Recent Developments in Marriage Equality and Some Practical Implications for Practitioners” will learn how recent developments in marriage equality law impact attorneys who practice in the areas of family, estate, tax, and immigration law.

Other panelists include Leslie I. Jennings-Lax of Lax & Truax, LLC, and Kenneth J. Bartschi of Horton, Shields & Knox.

The panel will be held at 6:00 PM on Thursday, February 5 at Max Downtown. Admission is $55.00 and includes the seminar, cash bar, cheese and meat table, and dessert.
